RSCC Mobile Device Quick Tips
If you would like to sync your RaiderNet email with your electronic device, use the following information or follow along with these videos.
Add Account: Exchange
Mail Server: mail.roanestate.edu
Domain: roane_state or rscc.cc.tn.us

Connecting your Device to RSCC Wi-Fi
When you bring a personal device onto campus, you may want to connect to the RSCC wi-fi network. Ther are 3 networks available:
- Guest- Select this and simply accept the RSCC users policy to connect when you open your browser. (This is best used if you are only connecting the device one time.)
- User- The first time you try to connect to this network, a window will pop up and ask you for the password. The password is available from the Help Desk (865-354-3000 ext. 4357). You will only have to enter this the first time you connect. From then on, simply select this network and sign on with your RSCC username and password when you open your browser. ** This is the recommended network for faculty and students. The connection is faster than Guest and you will not get kicked off as often. **
- Owned- This network is only available to devices owned by RSCC.
