Do you have some students using the testing center and some using Honorlock for an exam?
You will need to set up one exam, then enable Honorlock. Once you have enabled Honorlock you will need to email Kimberly Pulda at: kpulda@honorlock.com our customer service rep or Honorlock’s support team to request the exam’s individual bypass PIN. This bypass PIN can then be provided to the in-person proctor at the RSCC testing center who will be overseeing the student’s exam. This will disable all previously enabled proctoring settings for that exam. The bypass PIN will work for any student that is enrolled in the course to take that specific exam. However, these pins should not be provided to students as Honorlock will no longer be engaged during their exam session, thus no recordings will be captured either. More information on our bypass PINs can also be found here.
